Travis' Morning Workout

Here is a list of Travis J Burkhart’s workout before 1:00pm today: marching in place, stretching with yoga blocks, oblique stretches, upward reach stretches, calf stretches, heal raises, back stretches with kettle ball, forward yoga stretches, hip stretches, shoulder stretches, shoulder blade squeeze, hammer stretches, elbow stretches and is now on his bike for probably 90 minutes. Later today will be the eliptical and treadmill. And this is on his off day. Therapy in Bloomington one day a week and Anytime Fitness workout twice a week…..no excuses people…..start making a change! So much determination, its just incredible. And if you think I’m bragging……you betcha I am!!! Love you Bird:)
